Please read our conditions very carefully before making a booking.
Prices and conditions for the year 2008
The price for each cottage is $1100 AUD per week for up to 4 people.
The cost for any extra adult is $150 AUD per week, $50 for a child under 15
Linen is charged at $20 AUD per bed (double or single) for sheets, towels and tea-towels).
Please note that this is for one set of linen only.
If a change of linen is required,there is a washing machine and drying facilities.
The deposit for each week booked is $250 -
this will change to $300 for bookings for the year 2010 onwards
Once a deposit has been received, the price will not change.
Please note that our charges include everything (heating, electricity etc).
The only extra to be paid is for linen if required.
Numbers of people at each cottage
The maximum number of people for each cottage is specified below and on our booking form.
These numbers are set in the light of our experience for the comfort of guests and also
on the advice of our managers. No exceptions are possible.
There is a cot or folding cot at each house.
2 DORDOGNE COTTAGE - 4 adults + baby or toddler up to 3 years old - 2 bedrooms Double bed in main bedroom plus small child's bed with sides + Loft bedroom with 2 singles 3 TARN COTTAGE - 6 adults and baby - 3 bedrooms Queen bed in main bedroom + 2 singles in bedrooms 2 and 3 4 GASCONY COTTAGE - 6 adults and 2 babies - 3 bedrooms Double bed in 2 bedrooms + 3rd bedroom with 2 singles 5 PROVENCE COTTAGE - will take 4 adults and 1 baby - 2 bedrooms but this is our smallest cottage and is better for 2 people. Double bed in main bedroom + Loft bedrooms with 2 singles Headroom is not full height at one end of loft bedroom - see new photo 6 HAUTE-PROVENCE - 5 adults plus 1 child plus baby - 3 bedrooms - but one is a small single Double bed in main bedroom + loft bedroom with 1 double and 1 single on a mezzanine above + small single room behind main bedroom. 7 PYRENEES-ARIEGE - 6 adults and 1 baby - 3 bedrooms Queen bed in 2 bedrooms + 3rd room with bunks

Please note that deposit will be $300 for each week booked for 2010 onward. To make a booking To complete a booking, please either telephone, fax or email us to ensure that
the weeks you want are still available and we will send you a booking form,
and remove these weeks from our website.
A deposit of $250 AUD per week - $300 from 2010 - should be sent to us, together with a completed
and signed booking form. On this form, please remember to fill out the number of people
and linen requirements so that we can inform our managers in France.Deposit
A provisional booking must be confirmed within 14 days by paymentof a deposit of $250 AUD or $300 for 2010 - for each week reserved- otherwise those weeks are put as available again. Extra time is obviously given for reservations from overseas ! We will then send you a firm confirmation of your booking.Booking conditions
A condition of booking is that in lieu of payment of a security deposit, guests agree
to leave each cottage in a genuinely proper and clean condition - and to replace any
damaged items - also to report any breakages to our managers.The use of accommodation offered is entirely at the users risk.
The owners and their representatives accept no responsibility for injury to persons
or any loss or damage to their property during the use of the accommodation and facilities.Payment of the deposit constitutes unconditional agreement to these conditions
and to our booking conditions without recourse.
Changes to weeks booked
When a week has been booked we remove this week from our web site
thus making it unavailable to be booked by others who normally then book elsewhere.
There is no penalty for changing any week to another week 4 weeks either side of the original booking.Changes without penalty can only be made once.
Any other changed week will be regarded as a cancellation and will be subject
to our normal cancellation policy - see below.
A new deposit is then required to confirm each changed week.
Cancellations
VERY IMPORTANT ! We do not recognise a cancellation unless you have received an letter of acknowlegement from us. You remain liable for the full payment due until such a letter has been received.
Deposits will only be refunded provided any weeks cancelled can be re-booked and will be paid only after full payment from another client has been received. In event that it is not possible to refund a deposit, a credit of half the value of the deposit paid will be allowed towards any future booking, ONCE ONLY. These refunds and credits are only given provided that 120 days (4 MONTHS) notice has been given of the cancellation. Special conditions apply to bookings of 8 WEEKS or longer, where payment of half the balance owing is required 4 months or 120 days before your rental. Full payment is due 8 WEEKS before your first week of rental and is not refundable. If a cancellation is made within this 8 week period, full payment of the balance owing is required. Clients are advised to take out travel insurance at least 8 weeks before departure.
